  • STRICTLY 5 mins break for half time

  • ALL TEAMS TO VACATE FIELD IMMEDIATELY GAME HAS FINISHED

  • TRAINERS are permitted to run as much water as necessary HOWEVER please limit coaching and time spend on field

  • UNLIMITED interchange will be allowed for ALL teams

  • GIVE as much game time as possible to new players and lower division players trialling for Division 1 teams (for grading of players when age groups are split into these divisions)
